Summary
El’s mouth twists to one side, the way it does when she’s about to deliver bad news. Mike’s gut sinks further. “Will’s bringing Andy home for the holidays to meet everyone.”
Logically, there is only one possible context behind all of this, but that does not mean Mike is willing to believe it before he has to. “Right,” he says, feeling vaguely on the verge of hyperventilating, “and- El, who the fuck is Andy?”
At this, El’s expression of thinly veiled pity shifts into proper shock, her eyes going wide and round. “Oh,” she says, “oh, dear.”
Mike comes home from his first semester at college with a plan: to make Will Byers his boyfriend. Unfortunately, it appears someone else has already beaten him to it.

Summary
Four days. That’s how long it took Mike to get Will alone after the whole ‘killing three demogorgons with his mind from varying and impossible distances’ thing. Which was, by the way, incredibly hot. Four days too long, in his opinion. He had wanted Will alone the second he saw him wipe the blood off his lip. If he was being honest with himself, he had wanted Will alone far longer than that.
Or, Mike and Will finally confront their feelings.
Sequel to But Would You Still Love Me If I Was Me, but can easily be read as a standalone!

“Did I do something wrong?” Mike questions, mouth twisted in a frown, eyes less wide than they were a few moments ago, sleepiness gone. His arms stay at his sides, although his fingers fiddle with his sleeves. “What did I do wrong?”
Will frowns back. “You didn’t do anything wrong.”
Mike doesn’t look like he believes him. Will doesn’t blame him. “Then why do you keep leaving?”
The world ends, and then some. Mike and Will find each other again, amidst the debris and distance.
