Summary
Her scar was burning again.
It never really stopped. It hurt all the time, every day, at least a bit. At this point, waking up with a dull ache or irritating sting meant Hermione was in for a great day. The background level of pain was akin to a dripping tap or beeping smoke detector she had learned to ignore. Days where she didn’t need to take anything to numb the pain and could smile and laugh almost like nothing was wrong. Almost like normal.
Some days were not as good. Some days it throbbed, itched, pulsated and spiked shooting fire in random bursts. Days where she was prone to be short-tempered; snapping at people, impatient and abrasive but still herself. Still held together and coping just fine. Less good days.
Today though, today the fucking thing burned. It was going to be a Bad Day.

Summary
After the war guilt-ridden Hermione is trying to find herself in a world where it seems people she loves and people she hates changed places. A slow burn Dramione with abusive Ron, a bit of detective work, drama, humour, angst, and a psychological journey through it all.
“That’s tragic,” Draco said from behind her.
She turned to find him observing her mug with genuine dismay, as if witnessing the desecration of something sacred.
“What’s tragic?”
“That coffee. It’s from the Ministry café, isn’t it?”
“It’s fine.”
“It’s the colour of dishwater. It may have at most delusions of adequacy.” He set his own mug down. “What do you actually like? In coffee, I mean.”
The question was personal in ways that she usually avoided. “I don’t know. Something that doesn’t taste like it was brewed with the same enthusiasm as slop, I suppose.”
“Helpful. Do you prefer light or dark roast?”
“Why do you want to know?”
“Because watching you drink that offends my sensibilities. And because tomorrow I’m going to bring you proper coffee.”
“You shouldn’t-”
“I know. But I’m going to anyway.” He settled at his desk. “Consider it a public service. Better coffee improves workplace productivity.” -

Summary
When a marked-up shipment puts Britain’s most elusive crime family back on the DMLE’s radar, Hermione Granger is tapped to lead the inquiry she’s spent a career preparing for—only to be assigned protection by the last man she wants orbiting her: Draco Malfoy. By day, he’s the Ministry’s polished golden boy; by night, London’s underworld bows to a faceless Don whose orders move like shadows on water. Their cat-and-mouse partnership—coffee-fueled briefings, after-hours stakeouts, a current that won’t stop sparking—draws Hermione toward secrets that don’t fit cleanly into law or loyalty. As the Obsidian Syndicate tightens its hold on the city’s docks, ledgers, and lives, lines blur between hunter and hunted, truth and myth, duty and desire. In a world where oaths are currency and silence can kill, Hermione and Draco will have to decide what—and who—is worth saving before the tide turns for good.

Summary
Five years after the war, Hermione Granger is climbing the Ministry ranks—and rapidly losing faith in the institution she once believed in. Her newest project, a Muggleborn Integration Initiative, is drowning in political resistance… until two unexpected allies step forward: Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy.
Working with the Malfoys was never part of Hermione’s life plan, but Lucius’s sharp political instincts and Narcissa’s quiet guidance through pure-blood society become invaluable. And somehow, somewhere along the way, they start to feel less like former enemies and more like… family.
Then Draco returns from his self-imposed exile in France—older, steadier, and carrying the unresolved tension of the understanding he and Hermione formed during their final months at Hogwarts. Assigned to her project, he forces Hermione to confront the past he walked away from. Their partnership is supposed to be professional. It doesn’t stay that way.
With rising political stakes, shifting allegiances, and the Malfoys blatantly playing matchmaker, Hermione realizes that unexpected allies can become unexpected everything.
And that slow burns can turn into wildfires.

Summary
Draco Malfoy is hiding a secret.
He's a vampire.
Turned during the Battle of Hogwarts, he's been living off donated blood, and discovering different ways to hide his 'condition' for the past six years. He was content to wallow in self-loathing until a rogue vampire attacks the blood vaults at St. Mungos. How's a vampire supposed to live with a blood shortage? Not in this economy.
In an effort to fix Vampire-Wizard relations and make his life easier, Draco needs the support of the Ministry. Only issue? It means he has to work with Hermione Granger who is severely overworked and (surprisingly) not his biggest fan.
She doesn't believe that he's 'changed' and suddenly cares about vampire rights. It doesn't help that Draco's still the sarcastic, brooding arsehole she knew from school. Hermione's determined to find out what he's hiding.
Meanwhile Draco's determined to find out why her blood makes his mouth water and challenges his more... primal urges. Why does he want to sink his teeth into her every time she gets close?
Read to find out how these two navigate politics and their feelings for each other.

Summary
Hermione had spent years cultivating a careful immunity to Draco Malfoy. But sitting beside him in the flickering candlelight, she felt that immunity crumbling with alarming speed. It was time, she thought, to remind him exactly who he was dealing with.
"You know," she said, pitching her voice just loud enough for their tablemates to hear. "I've been thinking about what you said earlier, Lord Malfoy. About being motivated by compelling subject matter."
Malfoy's fork paused halfway to his mouth. "Have you?"
Hermione picked up her wine glass, taking a slow sip while holding his gaze over the rim. "I find I work best when I'm properly inspired. When a problem captures my complete attention." She set down the glass with deliberate care. "You see, I have rather exacting standards. I like to test every possible angle until I'm satisfied." She paused, letting her gaze drop to his mouth before meeting his eyes again. "Completely."
(Lord Draco Malfoy and Ministry Official Hermione Granger infamously do not get along. But when they're seated next to each other during the Ministry's Christmas Gala, an unlikely allegiance emerges. It would be only fitting that they consummate it on the Minister's desk).

Summary
After the war against Voldemort, the wizarding world has changed, yet not all of its protagonists have managed to rebuild their lives.
Hermione Granger, former heroine of Hogwarts and now a Ministry of Magic official, drags herself through her days between responsibilities, nightmares, and a guilt she cannot silence.
While her friends seem to have found their own path, Hermione remains trapped in the past, unable to let go of what she has seen and endured.
When the Ministry entrusts her with an extraordinary assignment, her life takes an unexpected turn.
Draco Malfoy, former Death Eater and now disgraced, is placed in her custody under a special supervision order.
Far from the wizarding world, he must live with her under strict monitoring, without a wand, without privileges, immersed in a Muggle environment that feels utterly foreign to him. Hermione becomes his only guarantor.
After a year of living together, it will fall to her to decide whether Draco deserves freedom… or a sentence in Azkaban. -

Summary
“You think your own pain is so large and unique that you can’t see anything past it. But you can’t keep acting like I’m the villain for trying to help you live through it. You didn’t deserve Azkaban, Draco. You didn’t deserve to be a pawn in a hate group’s crusade. But I didn’t deserve to be tortured in your home, then have to live with the man who watched it happen berating me as if I’m the one who should apologise because I didn’t break in the same way you did.”
Draco Malfoy is found alive in Azkaban after five years, near death. He is traumatised, unstable, furious at the world, and drowning in the ghosts of what was done to him. Hermione Granger, now in charge of the Deradicalisation and Reintegration department of the Ministry, discovers something she shouldn't have. Malfoy was never tried, never convicted and does not seem to exist on record. Tasked with facilitating the rehabilitation of someone who hates her back into society at the expense of her own personal life falling apart, it quickly becomes clear to Hermione that something or someone had never intended for him to escape.
A tale of two deeply flawed, deeply sad individuals and the pain that binds them together. This is not a happy story.
