He faltered, taking in the scene as he realised he'd not made it in time despite his rush. Zelda frowned a little. He had disrupted her speech which she thought had been going rather well, and for some reason his presence had sent a ripple of giggles and whispers amongst the girls in the classroom.

Revali should have been better in those final moments. Better than being so overconfident that he couldn't keep track of his arrows, only for Windbligh throwing back all them. The sheer force of the whirwinds may have broken the wooden shaft, but the arrowheads came shooting right through his eye.
With one eye remaining, Revali now has to navigate in a world where his purpose has been stripped away from him. Sure, Zelda has been lucky to finally gain her sacred power in the moment it mattered, but not even needing the help of Vah Medoh before it was already over has been... disappointing to say the least.
