There are rumors of Sympathizers joining forces to cleanse the wizarding pureblood families, so they remain "Pure". Afraid, she keeps her family and her past hidden in order to keep them safe, until a trio of friends comes in and vows to keep her and her family safe. Together, the trio works together to figure out the rumor of a hidden power that could aid the Sympathizers. KC could rival Hermione when it comes to not only intelligence but also kindness. She competes with Ginny on the quidditch pitch. She befriends Draco and his friends who are also returning for their 8th year. Draco is returning as part of his required sentence in which he is to "keep his head down and make it through the year". Many feelings and friendships evolve as a "quiet" year at Hogwarts goes out the window. KC's 8th year is a year of learning who you are, who your true friends are, and where you go in life while learning from your past.
