Summary
The birth of Aphrodite’s oldest daughters wasn’t heralded by the loud crying of children, the shaking of the earth, or anything of the sort. Their birth was announced by an awkward Helios, asking if he could pick which girl would be his bride or if they would rather choose for him. The two gods, still basking in their afterglow, asked what girls he was talking about.
The Titan of the Sun merely pointed down, and following his finger, Poseidon and Aphrodite finally saw who the blonde was referring to. In the space where the sand meets the sea, stood two confused-looking girls holding each other’s hands.
or
The story of Perseira Aphrodities, daughter of Poseidon with Aphrodite told through the eyes of those around her.

Summary
This Prologue sets the stage by retracing the broad emotional trajectory the 2015 BBC adaptation showed, a path often sharply divergent from Winston Graham’s novels. It follows the years shaped by Ross Poldark’s fixation on Elizabeth Chynoweth, the strain this placed on his marriage, and the choices that ultimately drove Demelza to leave Nampara.
At the same time, this AU restructures the 1790–1795 arc to serve the story that follows. Several threads shift earlier or unfold differently: Demelza’s friendship with Caroline Penvenen, her first meaningful encounters with Hugh Armitage, and the quiet strengthening of her independence. Certain series plotlines are condensed, reordered, or set aside entirely to keep the focus on Demelza’s emotional journey and the consequences of Ross’s choices.
Spanning 1790–1795 (unpublished Chapters 1–25), the Prologue provides the revised history through which this AU emerges. Only then does the true narrative begin. From Chapter 26 — The Gulf Between Us onward, this story follows the aftermath the adaptation never confronted: a marriage bent past breaking, a woman reclaiming her dignity, and the reckoning that unfolds when Ross finally seeks her out.

Summary
In 97 AC, Daemon Targaryen weds Alicent Hightower. How can that change the course of history?
What follows is an alternate Dance of Dragons, between Daemon Targaryen and Rhaenyra Targaryen. The factions have shifted, alliances have brought half of the realm together for the Reds and the Rogue Prince is known by the name of "King of the Hightower". Will the Blacks stand any chance?
When dragons dance, the realm bleeds.
All credit goes to George R.R. Martin. This story is different from the original, although most characters are the ones from canon.
