His initial plans to turn her into his weapon of revenge slowly become more complicated, as her powers clearly are unlike any he has seen before. The more Maul learns about this woman, the more he realizes that he understands her pain--and she his. It becomes harder to stay convinced that she is merely another tool for him to use, when she is the only one who makes him feel less alone.
Note: My first published fanfic! This overcame me while watching Maul: Shadow Lord, but I have been horny for him LONG before this, so enjoy! It is a slow burn, but I have 20 chapters written already so you won't have to wait to get to the sex. Also I've only watched Star Wars so if I get any lingo/slang wrong forgive me lol.
No AI was used in any part of writing this, I wrote every single word myself while ignoring my thesis, but it was worth it.

Summary

But after rescuing Gotham’s kidnapped deputy mayor from the Joker, Bruce has to come to terms with the fact that there are other people in the city just as stubbornly committed to saving it as he is— and that they can be trusted to make the right calls. Mallory Stone, attorney-at-law and eternally annoyed with Bruce Wayne's playboy antics, is one of those people.
Working with her as Batman to untangle the bloody web of the Court of Owls should be easy— it was supposed to be just one investigation, one lead, one clean ending to a story that never should have begun. But genres are slowly getting mixed, feelings are growing messy, and Mal is getting a headache. Who the hell signed them up for a political thriller? A detective story? A comedy of errors? A fantasy? A romance? Not Mal, and certainly not Bruce— but they’ll have to live through it anyway.
