Aki's powers of observation are excellent. Here's 10Dance from her perspective.
I'm only familiar with the movie, so there's nothing from the Manga in this story.
Some scenes will have to be omitted, obviously, given that Aki wasn't present, and the story is told from her POV.Aki refers to Suzuki as Shinya.
Also I've taken a few liberties regarding the chronology in the story. Things may not happen in the same order as in the movie.

If his love for Latin dance is a spark, Suzuki is its following wildfire. He cares little for different styles and yet his skin is tainted by a hand mark that has the perfect placement for a waltz.
Sugiki’s love is like a harsh, arctic wind that threatens to put out every flame, yet the universe assigned him a soulmate. One could almost call the bright red mark on his waist cruel.
They twirl around like perfect puppets on a sting and yet… one of them dances like a puppeteer.

"Ten Dance."The thing their soulmate is most passionate about is written on people's skin, framed by their hand print. Sugiki comes to the realisation that "Latin" doesn't refer to the language and Suzuki still thinks his soulmate lost their marbles because... why penguins?
Or: How The Grim Reaper Falls (literally and metaphorically) and the King of Latin Dance learns to love autistic Penguins. 10 Dance but it's a soulmate AU and Sugiki likes arctic animals.
