In a fit of instant panic, Gihun pulled away from the hold, the events of the day before circling in his head. “I’m sorry you had to see that yesterday!” he shouted, voice louder than he intended.
“What?” Inho asked, looking confused.
“Me listening to your explicit audiobook,” Gihun explained, face flaming red. If he was opening his mouth, he might as well spill everything. “I have been obsessed with you for a long time. I understand you might find it creepy, and I don’t want to make you uncomfortable, so I can leave if you want…”
Inho didn’t say anything for a while, but eventually just hummed and then let out a warm but faint chuckle, which instantly made Gihun raise his head, and his breath hitched.
Inho was looking at him with so much fondness that it made his heart ache. “You’re just like me,” he said, intertwining their fingers again.
N/: This is the type of fanfiction that makes you kick your feet and giggle. I just absolutely love how In-ho and Gi-hun are matching each other freak, and the smut was really hot!

Every detail, every word is making me kick my feet.

N: To genderbent Saleshun was such an incredible twist for a scene that had been rewritten again and again in the fandom. It was absolutely delicious to read! I love MILF Gi-hun and an obsessed Saleswoman.

The nickname was old. A relic from when things were simpler, when Gi-hun didn’t even know the name of the man he was chauffeuring, just that he was quiet and beautiful and carried the kind of sadness that made you want to hold him and apologize for things that weren’t your fault.
N: I read the last chapter 3 days before Squid Game's last season and it completely destroyed me. I cried for hours. This is the kind of fanfiction so good that it will haunt me forever. It's so beautifully heatbreaking. The structure, the writing, the characterization... Everything was simply brilliant. Their relationship was written perfectly—I got sucked into their story, their love, and all the complications linked to it. I am actually tearing up writing this bookmark and it's been months.

N: I am completely in love with the story. Despite the premise, the story is actually really soft and it's like a balm for the soul. The author have a lot of care for the practice of BDSM and the emotional aspect of it. I really love how both characters are written—Gi-hun is such a stressful character, marked by age and experience, but In-ho is like a balm for him.

And Millicent Bulstrode, who could never quite keep her tummy tucked in enough, could never brush all the cat hair off her robes, never quite keep her temper in check, hesitated, too.

Even the night before your debut to the society, you laid in bed wide awake, repeating your plan in your head over and over again until the shadows of the night were chased away by the first rays of the sunlight.
But the ironic thing about that perfect plan of yours?

Be a fucking prick on the pitch. Learn to fucking read the situation. You’re good at this shit—I know you are.”
Jamie managed a tiny, quivering grin. “Careful mate. Someone ‘ears you, they might think you like me.”
Roy scoffed. “No fucking chance of that.”
—Roy doesn't like to think he's taking advantage of Jamie. He's making him better, stronger, faster, a better player, and now that he's got the fucking muppet actually behaving for him, he'll be damned if he lets him go.
