He's been unreasonably hungry lately, and it started to freak him out, because the thought of becoming a mass murderer is not the most pleasant one. Coming to Louis for answers, he hears a possible explanation for his wild hunger that makes absolutely no sense.
“Armand? Not eating?” Daniel asked, extremely skeptical. “The vampire who used to stage nightly hunts for desperate athletes all the way to Burj Khalifa just because it seemed entertaining to him - that Armand suddenly decided to go on a hunger strike? In December?”
Or: Armand is depressed after his last fight with his one and only fledgling. Daniel finds his maker to talk some sense into him, because their bond makes him hungry too. It goes... surprisingly well?
