“I’m going down to the kitchens,” Peter said, rising from his chair.
“You need the cloak, mate?” James called from across the room.
“Bring us back something good,” Sirius said, tossing his book aside.
“Still hungry, Pete?” Remus tore his eyes away from Sirius and his ever-late homework to smile up at Peter.
“I’m always hungry,” Peter said, and he kissed the top of Remus’s head before climbing out of the portrait hole.

Summary
