    Summary

    Imagine a New York City, and indeed a world, fairly like our own... except it's generally understood and not a big deal that lots of people regularly have kinky, queer sex. Sometimes it's with your significant other(s), sometimes it's with friends, sometimes it's with strangers, sometimes it's with a whole group, it's not a big deal. And a lot of people are employed in sex-related fields (be that pro-domme work, sex education, sex blogging, etc.) and that's also not something anyone feels shy about.

    This is an excuse for the (ladies of the) Defenders to have a lot of excellent sex, mostly.

    Summary

    Originally this was just post-s5 fluff and smut, because I felt like it. Then it became a mission to revise the entire disaster that the showrunner/writers made of s6/s7, primarily focusing on vampires and fairies with the other characters appearing as needed. My s6 more or less follows the path that canon should logically have taken it (teaming up to stop the governor and then Billith with practice and planning and research and sarcasm and fabulous outfits), but my s7 has almost nothing to do with canon as it stood and instead follows the path that things logically go from where the previous season left off (with all sorts of new relationships, many of them between women because that's one of my biggest bitternesses about canon, and new characters too).
