Jon was finishing a statement when he gets a phone call from his aunt, as she says such hateful words he makes a quick decision to take his nephew in but now as he watches little eight year old Harry sleep he starts to feel like he will fail at raising the small child.

Summary
Katherine refuses to accept Abaddon as her new adoptive son. She still sees him as Nathan's child. Abaddon struggles with both the loss of Nathan and the isolation from Katherine. His vessel's soul and his start to merge, making him crave a mother even more. After a while, she accepts him slowly. He recovers even slower, and learns to accept who he is.
Moral of story: acceptance takes time, and that everyone deserves to be loved.
