John wakes up in hospital with no memory of how he got there, but everyone tells him he tried to kill himself. Well, almost everyone. Sherlock's stuck somewhere between "Why?!" and "How dare he?!", and basically refusing to talk to John at all.
None of it adds up to John, though. He's not even depressed, let alone suicidal, but he can't get anyone to believe him or investigate. Meanwhile, there's someone out there who really wants him dead.
