Dave wasn't shocked when Dirk came to him to say he'd fucked up. Fucking up seemed to be the typical Strider skill at this point, especially his brother. But when he'd told him that he'd somehow merged different splinters into himself and that they were fighting for his body, he wasn't so sure if Dirk was telling an awful joke, or if he had genuinely made the biggest of all fucking mistakes.

Altogether, it had taken a toll on him. A mental one that he would deny to his dying breath. Very few things lessened the blow of his current life.
Having the Felt back helped. Having his green manor back helped. Gang fights with the Midnight Crew, running one of the few (if not only) organized crime empires on Earth C. These things helped, scratched that genetic itch for chaos and destruction.

A WIP of a zombiestuck/humanstuck fic idea i got while i binge the walking dead. been trying to get an rp going of it but now imma write it myself lol5 years after the initial outbreak. As people learn to live again and not just survive, we see them processing their grief and fighting to keep themselves stable. Most cling to the past, others hold onto the lives they've built. Who will survive? Who will thrive? In this new world you're more likely to be torn apart by your fellow man than you are the undead.
. it's subject to change and a good portion of it is going to be about karkat and a few other canon characters, will add more and some exposition on the world and them with updates. there's a safe zone, city, gonna be some random ships, angst, etc. i will be adding in sawtooth and lil sebastian at some point, too
