Ismair was my first ever pen and paper roleplay character. I started playing him when I was still in school, played him for nearly three years and I have never wished for a character to be real as much as I wished I could have him in my life.
Is it because I am projecting everything I wish I could be as a person on him? Probably.
Since I am an author, I couldn't just let his backstory be a few words left in some document forgotten in the multitude of my character docs. So I started actually writing his backstory. I am still not finished, 40k words in, coming back to continue writing again and again, because even though the last time I played him was years ago by now, I still find comfort in my dear, beloved Ismair <3- Language:

But of course some demons escape from the barrier every couple generations, trying to kill the hunters and get Gwi-Ma more souls. Eventually demons became myths from how long they've been gone, and some choose to hide themselves among the many supernatural afraid of hunters coming after them... But what if a hunter fell in love with a demon? Would it be also be controlled by Gwi-Ma? Or be something more better than the hunters? Only time could tell.
