Regulus’s Father Orion is the minister of magic, with lots of secrets to hide, ones that Regulus wants to discover. Sirius ran away three months ago, leaving Regulus with a lot of anger and even more questions about what went down that night, and what Orion was hiding. In the process of uncovering these secrets, Regulus discovers there’s one thing he wants more than anything else in the world, more than his brother’s love, maybe even more than James’s love: power.

Summary
Regulus was not doing okay. In fact, he's having the worst time of his life actually. He is intelligent, cunning, the epitome of the Slytherin he knew he was, he was the heir of the Ancient and Noble house of Black.
This reality shatters when he awakes to a different world - a life without magic and his key facts were broken. He's the only one who knows of magic and holds it like a weapon.
