With Mom working, Mark skipping out on all his college classes, and the world spinning regularly as always, Mark was left with the nagging suspicion that he would need far more patience if he wanted to properly raise Oliver. Who was going to tell him that parenting while also trying to balance your hero work life was a nightmare? He had a raging headache, an uneasy stomach, and had been staring at the window for the last twenty minutes while Oliver babbled nonsense in the living room. Mark wasn’t supposed to be this empty-handed, was he? He got himself into this mess, right, so he should know better. He should be better by now. Cecil interrupting just as Mark was about to throw himself through a window was not helping.

Something about the city Mark found himself in was off. Stranger than the architecture, than no one calling him Invincible. Mark bit his lip, looking for something useful like a newspaper with the date, the name of the city or any clue for what he thought might have happened.
Don't jump to the worst case scenario. It could just be a fluke. No one expects to see Invincible walking around with a purple baby, so they see me and assume it’s somebody else. Chill… chill…

Summary
Mark was seventeen years old, one of the strongest soldiers, and yet still the weakest out of the many. He knew he was an oddity, knew that he was frowned upon, and knew—in a similar fashion—that he would be an oddity if he returned to Earth. But, deep in his chest, there was a longing to be fulfilled. It just so happened that his only chance to return to what was his birth planet was given to him in the form of a violent murder, and then an even more violent vengeance as he took a Viltrumite by the neck and drowned it in a body of salt water. By good or bad luck, the ocean belonged to Earth—which meant if he could figure out the mechanics of being human, he might even be able to find his Mom again. The issue, of course, was that some kind of human defense agency found him—and the dead Viltrumite—therefore coming to the conclusion that Mark had killed it.
Mark wasn’t sure if humans did that to each other. He could assume that they didn’t, but maybe he could say it was—what did humans call the teenager phase, again? Puberty?
(or: mark is raised as a viltrumite, and attempts to assimilate to earth to find his mom at the messy age of seventeen.)

Summary
Things never seemed to go Mark's way. And now, he'd landed himself in some alternate dimension with a version of himself and the rest of his family for that matter doing everything in their power to domesticate him as if he were something worthwhile - something precious like family.
But there was a reason he'd sworn himself into a life of seclusion - traits that he had inherited from his Viltrumite heritage that set him apart from others. Much to his dismay and utter bewilderment, they only seemed to find those traits of his all the more charming. Hijinks ensue...
Or; Feral Mark from an alternate dimension ends up in Mainstream Mark’s dimension and gets adopted.

Mark could only helplessly let his father do as he pleased, using his remaining strength to shake his head and cry as he explained, "I didn't...!" But he felt ashamed towards his mother, "I'm sorry, Mom, I didn't mean to— Waaah! Waaah! Dad..."
His words were cut short by a scream. The stern father said nothing more, but under his wife's watchful gaze, he reopened his son's legs, grabbed one of Mark's ankles with each hand, and used his weight to thrust deeply into his son's body.
"...!—!!"
Mark's eyes widened as he wept uncontrollably at his father's expressionless face, letting out silent screams. Even after swallowing and releasing Nolan's penis so many times today, Mark was still stretched too full and too swollen by his father each time, the pain and pleasure mingling together, almost driving him to the brink of collapse.
Even in Mark's state, Nolan showed him no mercy, giving him no time to react. Then, he crossed the peak he should never have had the chance to cross, and faced the overwhelming waves of pleasure alone, trembling with fear and anticipation.

Mark closed his eyes tightly, biting his lip, but he couldn't stop the screams and incoherent babbling from his mouth. He cried helplessly, just like when he was bullied as a child, hoping that his superhero dad or his ordinary yet incredibly powerful mom would come to save him.
But his body was already mature, and he was right under his parents' noses... Mark lost all reason and started crying and screaming wildly. Mark couldn’t even commit suicide right. He couldn’t commit suicide, was the other half of it, but fuck. And he wasn’t supposed to say that kind of thing out loud. No one was supposed to. If you wanted to stay unbothered, you couldn’t talk about it, and so he didn’t talk about it—stayed quiet—and now he was sitting on a roof thinking a lot about it.

Mark was relatively certain that this entire situation was bullshit. And he was only saying that—thinking it, really—because he couldn’t feel anything. Or see anything. Or hear. Or smell. Or even taste. Everything was—numb—but even numbness stung more than this. He was completely isolated. He didn’t even know if the words leaving his mouth were leaving his mouth. Some fuckass alien came down to Earth, and you know, fucking obliterated Mark at the last minute of the fight—because apparently this alien could isolate your senses into oblivion. So, here he was. Stuck in a bullshit situation.

Season 2 Thraxa AU.
Mark has a lot of time to think about his life and his heritage when Cecil was testing his loyalty after Chicago. After his best friend Willam encourages him to help an alien race, Mark decides to try and be the hero he thought his father was.
Mark shouldn’t have been surprised that William insisted on coming to an alien planet, or that his friend excelled at getting along with people, even if they were an entirely different race.
When the Viltrumites come to Thraxa looking for the soldier who abandoned his post, they are all too eager to test Nolan’s son, and end the life of the infant.
Or: Mark and William learn about Thraxa, themselves, and what it means to try and defend people.
