“I’m just saying, objectively, I look better than those metalhead pricks,” Steve declared, gesturing at himself like he was on stage, showing off dramatics that had rubbed off on him from being in close proximity with Munson for too long. Steve’s leather jacket creaked from the gesture against the side of the car.
Robin didn’t even glance up from the passenger mirror. “You mean Munson. Again.”
Steve made a face. “Don’t say his name. He always seems to sense it. He might just pop out of a bush.”
“Oh please,” Robin rolled her eyes “You have had every class with him since pre-school, you’re practically married now.”Steve gave her a horrified look.
“Yeah, well, if he’s my husband, I want a divorce. And his guitar.”
Before Robin could tease him any further, tires squealed. A Camaro roared into the lot, drowning out the chatter with screaming guitar. Steve’s jaw clenched at the music.
“Oh not another one,” He groaned, barely audible over the music. But Robin did hear and snickered at his plight.
Then the driver stepped out.

Summary
Billy, Steve, and Eddie are in a secret relationship and have been...since before Billy first came to Hawkins. Steve and Eddie were best friends since kindergarten and in their freshmen year of high school, they decide to write to a pen pal, William Hargrove.
This will have bits and pieces of the letters they'd send to each other but mainly, the moment Billy stepped foot in Hawkins all the way until Eddie graduates high school-maybe more. -

Summary
Steve Harrington is devastated. He has just reunited with his sister Eleven, only for her to go missing again after Hopper made a risky decision to save Will Byers from the Upside Down. But Steve is not giving up on Eleven and refuses to let Hopper give up either.
Steve pushes himself to find Eleven, finds himself somehow babysitting, trying to cope with the trauma of the Upside Down, work through his rocky relationship with Nancy, and handle the secrets that he keeps to himself that only seem to grow as the Upside Down does not seem done with them yet.
Following before season 2, and season 2 itself loosely. Tensions continue to rise, the relationships are more complex, and Steve fears his own body is turning against him as the stress becomes too much.

Summary
As if being the designated babysitter wasn't enough, Steve finds himself accidentally becoming the group's designated birthday baker. Not that he minds - he likes to feel needed, plus it's a good distraction from the nightmares that have plagued him since that fateful night at the mall.
He does mind, however, the fact that Billy Hargrove seems to be weaving his way into the group. He's apparently had a personality transplant since the Mind Flayer nearly tore him apart, or so the story goes, but Steve isn't duped. It's fine, though, he can carry on ignoring the guy and ignoring the way his face still tingles with the ghost of Billy's fists.
But then, get this.
Steve has to bake Billy a birthday cake, too.

Summary
Steve Harrington hasn't gotten around much since graduating. And by that he means he hasn't gotten around at all. Between shifts at Scoops with Robin, movie nights with Robin, fights over the phone with his parents, well, Steve had all but abandoned his King Steve persona.
And look, if a couple of kids suddenly wanted him to be their babysitter then what was he to say? He just loved the kids. And maybe Eddie and Billy too.
