Zooble’s voice bounces into his ear. “What the [BOINK!] was that, Jax?” they seethe.

Finally, he draws his head out of his hands and deadpans, "You wouldn't happen to be Zooble, now would you?"
"Oh my god," Christine says. "Please tell me you're kidding, Jax. Felix."
A smile splits his face, something surprisingly genuine. "Pomni," he says. "You goddamned clown." He stands up and gestures she do the same, folds his arms, and looks down his nose at her. "Funny that you're just as short in real life, eh?"
Christine jabs him in the arm. "Yeah? Well, you're just as much of a prick in real life, it seems."
or: after the show unceremoniously ends, pomni finds herself stuck with jax in the real world — and surprisingly, finds herself not minding it so much.

Gangle’s Fashion Adventure has stirred up some dormant feelings in Jax. Feelings he never let himself feel, but feelings he’d been ready to face for a while now. It changes not only himself— herself— but her relationships, and the pre-existing dynamics they’d all become accustomed to. It wasn’t easy, but she finds more love then she thought would have ever been possible, and joy beyond what she thought she’d ever be capable of.
