Definitely a take I haven’t Een before, OG Puzzles only cutting his face off, and mainly being human. There’s also some writing choices I think are… odd. Like being way to high expectations with Puzzles way to quickly and beating him over the head with it once he does something «wrong». And yeah redemption is something that one gotta work for, an uphill battle, something the villan gotta work for to a achieve. Just think being mad at puzzles for not doing a 180 in 24 hour or across 3 days is a little much even for Smg4 standards oof
Still, this is a hella fascinating read tho, deconstructing Puzzles character in a way, old habbits die hard but he tries so hard to lean better habbit. Works with Smg3’s rules and learning stuff like empathy and to feel remorse. Hell even later on Puzzles wanna do the same Smg3 did for him and help out WPNZ to learn to be better, that he just needs someone and there’s other things in life then being an assassin lmao. Friendship doesn’t solve everything but it’s a big part of the show alright and a big focus, it do be hella fire for a reason

Summary
I took the fact that little Mr. Puzzles is represented by Ness in some scenes and ran with it. However, the stories here focus more on the idea of Mr. Puzzles having Ness's younger sister, Tracy. She's somewhere between how she's represented in the game and an OC stand-in, but I hope you like her nonetheless.
On a broader scale, I'm fusing the weirdness of the SMG4 universe with the weirdness of the Mother series.

I grab the flag from my pocket as I sit down. Leggy would understand, right? She would show the greatness of my masterpieces, unlike her counterpart. Meggy thinks she can just shoot away everything she hates and Leggy… Leggy tells you when you make her upset. She, I sniffle, she’s… she’s gone now replaced by spiteful Meggy. To think I could be friends with her now. The emotion was too much. First losing my friend now losing my dignity. I fold in on myself going back into my head. The only safe space I have left.
