In general, Nate would rather not have anxiety attacks. But he does, if thankfully less often now than in his secondary school days, and so when he starts to feel like his ability to breathe has suddenly stopped functioning, specifically in a manner that is going to be hard to just work through, he prefers to deal with it in private, at home. When that's not an option, he'll settle for his car, or a locked bathroom. When he gets really desperate, he has finding the closest unlocked storage closet down to a science.
If he had to pick the worst possible place for him to have an anxiety attack, it would be in a pub full of rowdy football fans and even rowdier footballers, all celebrating a win. If he somehow had to think of an even worse place, it would be the grimy one-person bathroom of said pub, where he was realizing too late that despite the unlocked door, there was someone else in here with a similar problem.

Such a horrific place is so reviled and feared that Erin Hunter had to omit it from canon. It is rumored that the pain a cat suffers from spending even a heartbeat in the Darker Forest is equivalent to that a Twoleg suffers from walking on a field of legos barefoot across the Earth and into the Sun. Of course, rumors are just rumors; it’s actually far worse.
But clearly, after committing such atrocities to Juniperclaw (and Violetpaw too I guess), Needletail deserved nothing less. In fact, had there been a worse punishment, it ought to be inflicted on her without hesitation, and to refuse to do so is a blatant breach of justice. Alas, the Darker Forest will have to do…

Midoriya was strong, he could handle being told no normally. But today, he’d been torn down so much, only for his last pillar of hope, that he might have a chance to become a hero……it was ripped out from under his feet, along with his will to cling onto life.
As he climbed over the railings, taking his childhood friends advice, he never expected the advice to actually pan out. He definitely didn’t expect to still be alive afterwards…. Though then again…. Was he? Er… she. Oh god, this was going to be confusing.
